First, let me wish everyone a Merry Christmas and have a Blessed New Year!

Second, Wow!  I can not believe that 2010 is almost over.  It just seems like yesterday, February 1, that I wrote my first post on this blog (Read my first blog post here).

I have been so busy with my full-time job and family obligations that I realized a couple of days ago that I have not even written down my goals for 2011.

For 2010 I did not meet all of my goals but I am more focused than ever.  I know that sometime toward the end of next year that the facility I am working in will be closing down.  I will be working to get my income levels up so I can replace my income by the time this happens.

I don’t know about you but if I do not create a written plan that I can visually focus on, I tend to flounder around and get nothing of value accomplished.  More about this below.

Yes, the steps look easy but sometimes the application is what throws people off.  That is why step #4 is so important.  You need to find a mentor to follow and learn from. You need to find someone that has a heart of a teacher.  I have found my mentor in Alex Jeffreys.
