Writing good content is crucial to keeping the attention of your readers. While this is extremely important (you know, we have all heard that Content is King), you first have to grab your readers attention to want to read your content.
Creating a great headline is so important to attracting readers because the headline is the first thing they read.
The headline is what I call the entryway. This is what people see first and based upon the headline, they will make a decision to either read your content or not read your content. Obviously, we want the first option. If they like your headline (the entryway), they wil go through the door and continue reading your content.
Let’s take a look at 5 headline formulas that will work to attract readers to read walk through your door and read your content.
1. Here’s A Quick Way To (solve a problem)

5. Give Me (period of time, usually a short period of time) And I’ll Give/Teach You (blank)
This headline not only promises a strong benefit but it promises to do so in a short period of time.

@Pauline,
Good to hear from you.
I agree with you. The way I see it, the reader sees the headline first. If they are not interested in the headline they will not read the content.
